The first thing is scheduling an initial call. This is, of course, free. During that call, we will ask the right questions to gain an understanding of what you're trying to accomplish. If needed, we'll have follow-up calls to hone in a strategy particular to you.
From there, you'll be provided an estimate with a range. The range indicates a good, better, best approach, letting you see the pieces that are foundational to growth, and which ones are necessary to grow faster. This transparent process lets our clients decide how fast they want to see results, and what's at stake for them.
We are selective about the clients we bring on because we seek long-term strategic partnerships, not one month stands. Freedom is everything. We structure everything so that you'll never need us, but we're here if you want us.
Some agencies cripple their clients, so that they are not able to function without the agency that built everything for them. We believe in something a bit different. Our clients stick with us because they are edified, educated, and validated.
Based on your stated objectives, we will determine an estimate particular to your situation. We've had projects as low as 1k, and as high as 10k, entirely dependent on the budget, timeline, and needs of our clients. In every case, it's structured to be an investment for the given client, and not an expense.
There is no cost for our initial consultative time, and therefore no risk to you in reaching out.
Our leadership team is comprised of our founders, Kevin and Christine Wessa. We remain small so that we never lose our agility and ability to go where our clients need us to go.
As a collective, our team is much larger, forming relationships with developers, photographers, videographers, graphic designers, content creators, and SEO experts as needed. This allows us to be nimble, and only bring on the help your project needs as its needed. Ultimately, we keep our costs lower this way.
We craft creative for the kind-hearted, the hustlers, and the visionaries. This core philosophy does not limit us to a particular industry (or scope) of the projects we're willing to take on.
We don't claim to be experts in every industry. We claim to become that (with your help). At one time, we had a national speaker, a prison ministry, and a carpet cleaning company all the same time. That variety, and the unique challenges and solutions for each, is what keeps us excited and passionate about what we do.
Our initial consultative calls help determine that. Therefore, there is no risk in reaching out. In some cases, we've worked with clients who have an understanding of their ideal customers, a defined sales process, and a current website. In other cases, a rough idea on a napkin is where we begin. In both cases, it's a willingness to start a conversation that determines everything.
Choosing the right partner for your project depends entirely on what you're looking to accomplish. At Brewww Studio, we are as selective in choosing our clients as they are in selecting us.
We take on clients who we feel we can help grow as strategic partners, and not merely as service providers. We take on clients who are willing to find creative solutions for complex problems. We look for clients who are passionate, collaborative, honest, hardworking and (if possible), have a sense of humor. If your entire team is not willing to work with us, we're not the right studio for you.
Branding is more than a logo and a clever tagline. Your brand tells the story of your company. It’s your message and your values. Branding is when all of the different elements like your logo, social media posts, and marketing materials all tell the same story consistently. And when that happens, remarkable things occur.

Well, chances are, if you are asking this question, then you probably know the answer. Website design moves fast. Your organization or business may not need the most cutting edge website, but its design should feel relevant and fresh. If your website is more than 5 years old, then the answer is most likely, yes, it’s time for a redesign. Also, if you don’t like the look of your website, why should your viewers feel any different?
Actually, you’d be surprised at how many people are regularly visiting your website. On average, about half of all viewers are stopping by your website for the very first time. It’s fair to assume that many of these new visitors are interested in getting to know your organization or business. You definitely don’t want to give these viewers a subpar first impression. If you can, check out your Google Analytic data for more information on how many people are new versus returning visitors to your website.
Absolutely! Granted, as we design websites, we may be a bit biased, but trust us – a good website makes a big difference. Within seconds of landing on your website, visitors are making snap-judgment decisions about your organization or business. Interest is potentially solidified or dismissed. Think of your website as akin to the role curbside appeal plays in selling a home. It doesn’t directly sell the house, but it encourages people to give the house a chance. A great website inspires visitors to imagine themselves using your business or supporting your organization or business. It has the power to help you grow and thrive. We’ve seen it happen again and again.
It’s probably no surprise that as a design agency, we have some strong thoughts on why you should be skeptical when it comes to using a free website template. Your website plays a big role in your communication and marketing strategy. Free is nice, but we believe that the savings aren’t worth it when it comes to something as critical as your website.
We are committed to providing you with a beautiful and affordable website. Please know that there are many aspects that factor into the cost of creating a new website. However, our pricing is designed to meet the needs of small businesses and non-profits. Please contact us for an exact cost estimate.
Nope. Only a one-time design and build fee. There are no post-launch fees or monthly charges.
We can, and often do. Whether Wordpress or Webflow, we host through Amazon Web Services. Their bulletproof architecture provides unmatched speed, security, and backups. If we work with your preferred hosting provider, we ask that you avoid GoDaddy, Network Solutions, BlueHost, or really anything that costs $3/mo. You get what you pay for with cheap, shared hosting and trust us...you won't get a whole lot.
On average, the design and build process takes between 8-12 weeks. There are many variables involved that can influence the length of the project including:
Of course! This is your website. We want you to absolutely love it. During the design phase of our project process, we create full-color mockups so that you can see exactly how the website will look and function. These will be submitted to you so that you can review them with your team and/or involved laypeople and give us any feedback about what you see.
We can, but it’s not necessary for us to meet at your building. The wonders of technology (emails, phone calls, and video conferencing) allow us to successfully work together even if we are several time zones apart. No matter where you are located, we are committed to maintaining a close working relationship throughout the project.
Maybe! We’ve designed websites for companies and organizations in Florida, North Carolina, Texas, Ohio, and Georgia (and many places everywhere in between).
Yep. Once the new website is launched, we will install Google Analytics for you, which will automatically record information about your website’s visitors. Or, if you already have a Google Analytics account, we can copy the tracking code from the old website and add it to the new one.
Definitely. We build all of our websites using WordPress, an online, open-source content management system. There is a reason why WordPress is the most popular platform around. It’s user-friendly and easy to learn. If you have experience using Microsoft Word, you’ll be able to quickly pick up WordPress.
Also, we provide you and your team with three hours of one-on-one training. We are committed to ensuring that you’ll be knowledgable and comfortable using your new website.
Yes. You are welcome to give us a call or reach out at any time. We don’t just build your website and then disappear. We are happy to answer any questions or fix something that breaks. However, large scale design or development updates are billed at an hourly rate. Please know that we would never perform work on your website without first discussing the scope of the work and receiving your approval to proceed.
Again, we may be biased, but we think it’s pretty awesome. We get to know our clients very well and work hard to design a website that reflects the vibrancy of your business or organization.
We are located in Pensacola, Florida.
